How to import compas_3gs library and functions to GHPython and EditRhinoScript?

Hi,
I want to use this function : compas_3gs.algorithms.volmesh_dual_volmesh(). would you please help in case of importing the compas_3gs functions directly in GHPython or EditRhinoScript?
